The Executive Innovation Committee (EIC) complies with the following regarding the handling of personal data in the activities of our organization:
1. Purpose of Use of Personal Information
Except when permitted by the Act on the Protection of Personal Information or other laws and regulations, personal information will not be used beyond this scope without the prior consent of the individual.
２. Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties
We will comply with the Personal Information Protection Law and other laws and regulations when providing personal information to third parties.
3. Secure Management of Personal Information
We will appropriately manage personal information by improving the management system, taking physical and technical security control measures and educating the staff in charge, and will take preventive measures against leakage, loss, damage, etc.
4. Requests for Notification of the Purpose of Use, Disclosure, Correction, or Suspension of Use of Personal Information
When there is a request from the person regarding the disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, erasure, suspension of provision to a third party, or notification of the purpose of use of personal information, we will respond sincerely and promptly in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act after confirming the identity of the person. If the request does not meet the requirements set forth in the Personal Information Protection Act, or if there is a reason to refuse disclosure etc. under the Personal Information Protection Act and other laws and regulations, we may not respond to the request. Please note that we may receive a fee for the notification of the purpose of use and disclosure.
