【NEWS】IM Lab Open Day: “The Future of Innovation Education Programs Based on the Innovation Management System (IMS)” to Be Held on July 1

Prompted by the “Executive Innovation Roundtable” organized by the Executive Innovation Committee (EIC), the “IM Lab”—which supports the creation of an innovation ecosystem through industry-academia collaboration—has been launched. The Japan Innovation Network (JIN), a general incorporated association that serves as the secretariat for the Executive Innovation Committee (EIC), is responsible for its operation.
The Japan Innovation Network (JIN), a general incorporated association, will hold the IM Lab Open Day on July 1 and launch the “IMS Global Learning Initiative” in collaboration with Tokyo University of Science, the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Sweden, and Amplify (Sweden).
The environment surrounding businesses and society—including rapid advances in generative AI, GX (Green Transformation), rising geopolitical risks, and demographic shifts—is changing at an unprecedented pace. What is needed in such times is not the generation of one-off ideas or reliance on a select few experts. Rather, it is the very “capacity for innovation” that enables the entire organization to continuously create value.
